Diaplas was founded in 1989 by Luis and Ricardo Suarez. The company’s history is also the story of a family. Bringing together three generations, Mathieu Suarez joined the team in 2006 and brought renewal by helping to expand the product range and strengthen business relationships on several levels. Diaplas has always been dedicated to providing and maintaining the highest quality standards for its products and services. This commitment to innovation enables Diaplas not only to satisfy current demands, but also to anticipate future expectations.
After 35 years in business, Diaplas was acquired by MAPEI Canada (MAPEI Inc.), a leading manufacturer of building materials for the construction industry, on February 2, 2024.
