Diaplas Tile Leveling System has been designed to save you time and money. With our high quality system, you can be sure that all your tiling jobs will be levelled and perfect. This system is used to help prevent the movement of tiles when setting to leave you with a level surface and perfect grout joints.
For small projects, you have the option to start with our Starter Kit which include: 1 Plier Tool, 200 Clips and 200 Wedges. You also have the option to buy these products separately in the desired quantity.
What is a Tile Leveling System?
A Tile Leveling System is a 3-component system that works to remove tile lippage and promote a better bond to eliminate future problems. Diaplas leveling system consist of a Wedge, Clip and a leveling Tool. The consumable Clip will be embedded into the tile adhesive on the edge of the tile to create your grout joint between ceramics. The Wedges works to create a flat transition from one tile to the next, while also preventing any lift that may occur while the adhesive is drying. The Plier Tool applies the correct pressure to the leveling Wedges-Clips assembly into the adhesive and reduces hand fatigue when laying tiles in a large area.
PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION
DIAPLAS CLIPS
Diaplas Tile Leveling System comes in 3 Clip sizes, 1/32" - 1mm, 1/16" -1.5mm and 1/8" - 3mm. They are sold in boxes of 2400 pcs which contain 12 bags of 200 clips. Diaplas Clips have been designed with a distinct thermoplastic polymer mix in order to give them a strength incomparable to other systems, to break off below the surface of the tile and for quick and easy removal. They level, align and space tile to prevent lippage, ensure a consistent finish and help correct tile tilt.
DIAPLAS WEDGES
Our Wedges are sold in boxes of 1700 pcs which contain 17 bags of 100 Wedges. Diaplas wedges slide into the tile leveling clips to uniformly push tiles into the adhesive and hold the tile at an even height for lippage-free results. Heavy duty design and reusable, they can be used for both wall and floor tiling.
DIAPLAS ERGONOMIC PLIERS
Diaplas Pliers for floors and wall tile leveling are made with a double adjustment system so that they can be settle with a maximum precision according to the thickness of the tiles. The tips are covered with plastic to prevent scratches on ceramics. Our pliers are very resistant and have been designed to last a long time. The most stressed parts are entirely made of steel to ensure the absence of flexion during use, while the ergonomic grips are made of premium quality plastic.
